A Poultry Processing plant loses energy with their
Boiler blowdown water. In an adjoining room the
plant uses hot water for Sanitizing equipment and floors.

Industrial Energy Engineering developed a system
to recycle Boiler blowdown water to the Sanitizing system.

The savings from this recycle system
are about $60,000 per year with a capital
cost of less than $30,000.
